Wow Isn T Just A Game It S A Social Lifedesign
Im addicted to playing WOW.World of Warcraft for those of you who've never heard of the Massively Multiplayer on the internet Role Playing Game or MMORPG for short. It started off having a 10 day free trial virtually 10 months ago and now I couldnt envision not playing it. What began as just a fun game to play on-line, has turned into a significantly needed social life. I hear men and women saying dont you have got a life? and my honest response is no, I dont. Other than college and my youngsters, WOW is my life and I adore it. Im not the only one either since WOW reached 12 million subscribers last year.
As a single parent with few friends and even fewer dollars, Having out to socialize is actually a rare treat. I dont drink, dont participate in any community events or hobby groups and more importantly, dont have a babysitter. I hear men and women telling me that Hanging out with household is socializingunfortunately, as significantly as I actually like my really liked ones, its still not the same as hanging out with close friends who accept you for who you are and dont criticize. Hanging out with your children is socializing .Anyone that has youngsters would never, I repeat, never recommend spending time along with your kids as your only approach to socialize. Its fun, excellent for youngsters and parents alike to spend time together, but not a long term solution. In fact, it can get downright lonely and I can only dance to Hannah Montana songs and play with dolls for so long. With my real life friends, its a juggling act between children, college and schedules to try and make time for visits. Even phone calls are sporadic. So for everyone out there who keeps asking me why I play WOW, here's a couple of reasons why I like it so significantly.Join a guild
With WOW, I have my guildies and my friends list. I can almethods count on a fewone being on the internet at any hour. Guildies is slang for other guild members, which means were a group of men and women who band together and could be counted on as frifinishs. A couple of guild members are frifinishs in actual life.
